Mom-to-Be

Important to Know
Where are you based and are you available to travel?
I am based in Windham NH, and yes, I love to travel for photo shoots! If you would like to have me travel beyond 30 miles to photograph your story, please contact me at storyboardbyalex@gmail.com or 508-982-3126 and we can discuss traveling for your photo shoot.
When and how will I get my photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 3-6 weeks, sometimes less, depending on the type and complexity of the photo shoot. For most photo shoots, I will share 1-5 thread images within the first few days after a photo shoot in case you would like to have a few images to share immediately.
You will be able to download your photos from the gallery and also share them with family and friends. RAW and unedited files are not available.
How many pictures will I receive?
When you select one of my packages, you will receive the number of treated images listed on the package's information. Extra treated images will be available for purchase for $15 each. For the Ultimate Storyboard Session package, the number of pictures is negotiable.
You will receive a link to access and download your high-resolution images as JPEG files.
What are the payment methods available?
At the time we book your photo shoot, you will receive a contract to sign and a 30% deposit fee is due. The agreed cost of your photoshoot must be paid in full no later than 24 hours after the photo shoot.
Payments can be made by cash, check, Venmo and Zelle.
What is the policy for cancelations, refunds and late arrival?
Cancelations and requests to reschedule your photo shoot can be made up to 72 hours before the agreed photo shoot date and time. You will receive a 50% refund of your deposit fee for cancelations made up to 72 hours prior.
If you are unhappy with the final images you received, you can request a retake.
Do you meet with clients before a photo shoot?
Yes, I always plan at least 1-2 pre-photo shoot meetings to:
1. Learn about my client's vision for their photo shoot.
2. help the client select outfits and props.
3. Visit and map out the venue of an event.
4. Develop a plan for the photo shoot. session.
5. Explain the process and agree on all details.
Clients who select packages valued at $500 or more will also have the option to meet with me post-session to review raw images and select images to undergo editing.
